We currently ship within the United States of America. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing time is typically 3 business days, and shipping times vary depending on your selected method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

3. Is shipping really free?

YES! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. No promo code is needed—free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout!

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package in real time.

5. My package is lost/delayed—what should I do?

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days or your package is missing, please contact us at orders@leisurelash.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

6. What makes the Leisure Lash Salon Experience Kit different?

Our kit is designed to give you salon-quality lashes at home with an easy-to-use system. Each kit includes premium quality lash clusters, precision anti-stick tweezers, and our long-wear vegan adhesive for a seamless one-step application in minutes, whenever and however you want! 

7. How long will my cluster lashes last?

With proper application and care, our lashes can last 5-7 days. You can extend wear time by avoiding oil-based products and excessive moisture.

8. Can I reuse the cluster lashes?

You can, with proper cleaning and gentle care, but we do not recommend it. 

9. Can I sleep in my cluster lash extensions?

Absolutely! Just be careful to avoid rubbing or tugging. This helps keep the lash clusters intact for a longer period. Using a 3D sleep mask helps! 

10. I've never applied lash clusters before. Is the process beginner-friendly?

YES! Our system is ideal for both beginners and experienced lash wearers. The application process is quick, easy, and hassle-free, so you can achieve salon-quality results at home. Returns & Refunds

11. What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for hygiene reasons. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Please review our return policy here.

12. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us at orders@leisurelash.com as soon as possible if you need assistance.

13. My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at help@leisurelash.com with a clear photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll work on a resolution for you.
