At Leisure Lash Company, we are committed to providing high-quality lashes and a seamless shopping experience. Because of the nature of our products, we have a strict no-return policy for hygiene and safety reasons. However, we want you to love your purchase, so please review our policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any lash products, adhesives, or tools once they have been shipped.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
- Email us at help@leisurelash.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations & Changes
- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Leisure Lash Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
- If your package is lost in transit, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

All Salon Experience Kits, lash trays, adhesives, tools, and accessories are final sale.
