Processing & Shipping Times

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-4 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE! | Estimated delivery: 3-4 business days
  • Express Shipping: $9.99 | Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days 
  • International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. If available, rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us at orders@leisurelash.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if you purchased route package protection at checkout, you may file a claim for reimbursement.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement.

Address Errors

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to update your address, please contact us at orders@leisurelash.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at help@leisurelash.com within 3 days of delivery for assistance.
